Greenroads Capital acquires small apartment buildings in Columbus and Cleveland, co-investing our own capital in every deal. It is open to a small group of selected partners only — we keep the circle deliberately small so each building gets the attention it needs. Partners receive quarterly reporting and distributions from operating cashflow.
